Sexual Gratification in Indonesia

On 12 June 2012, former Director of Singapore's Central Narcotics Bureau Ng Boon Gay, faced two charges of obtaining Sexual Gratification from the Senior Sales Manager at Oracle Corporation Singapore Pte. on December 2011 as an inducement to help further Oracle's business interests. 

According to Reuters, Ng also faces two other charges of obtaining Sexual Gratification from the same individual when she was an employee of Hitachi Data Systems Ltd. 

The charges against Ng come one week after the former head of Singapore's Civil Defense Force Peter Lim faced 10 Sexual Gratification charges involving three different women working for IT firms in the city state.                                                                                                
Unlike Singapore, where the laws stipulated that Sexual Gratification is a Crime, the laws in Indonesia do not explicitly mention Sexual Gratification as a Corruption Crime (Bribery).

The website of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) quoted the Anti Corruption Law No. 31/ 1999 Article 12B and Law No. 20/2001 : "Any Gratification to a Civil Servant of State Official is regarded as Bribery, if it is connected to his/her position and contradictory to obligation or duty, as follows ....."

Further, the Explanation of said Art. 12 B : "Gratification: is widely defined as any acts of giving money, goods/things, discount, commission, interest free loan, travelling ticket, accommodation, package tour, free medical treatment, and other facility in Indonesia or abroad using manual or electronic facility.

Actually Sexual Gratification if not something strange in Indonesia. The Indonesian Corruption Watch was quoted by Okezone as saying that Sexual Gratification has long existed and often been used in Indonesia.

While the Chief of the Constitutional Court Mahfud MD was quoted by Inilah.com as saying that Sexual Gratification may have stronger impact than Money Gratification, therefore he support inclusion of Sexual Gratification in the Anti Corruption Law.  

Although our Law has not regard Sexual Gratification as a Corruption Crime (Bribery), I hope that Marketing people, especially the ladies, would not use Sex as part of  their efforts to win the hearts and the minds of their customers.

Last but not least, I also hope that Sexual Gratification would soon be regarded as a Corruption Crime (Bribery) that is by the amendment of the Anti Corruption Law.

The Sex & Business Activities of Gayus Tambunan

Former Taxman Gayus Tambunan was arrested by the Indonesian Police in Singapore and brought back to Jakarta at the end of May 2010.

Last May, the Jakarta High Court sentenced Gayus to ten years in prison for misuse of Taxpayers money, which is seven years higher than the sentence of the South Jakarta District Court.

In spite of the facts that I just mentioned, Gayus's life in prison is far from miserable, as a matter of fact he seemed to be having a good time and can get what he wants, including Sex and Business sctivities.

He was able to get his wife Meilana pregnant (6 months), which means that he can have sex while in prison, something that cannot be done by other prison inmates because our Prison Law does give possibility for prison inmates to have sex.

Further, he was also able to make a business deal with another prison inmate that caused him to suffer financial loss amounting to Rp 4 Billion. Which means that he can bring that amount of money to the prison, something that not many innocent people can do even outside prison.

The Ministry of Law and Human Rights which manage jails in Indonesia is currently investigating the above cases.

The Obedient Wives Club in Jakarta

On 18 June 2011, a club called the Obedient Wives Club was established in Jakarta.

Earlier this month, a similar club was established in Malaysia by a fanatic organization called Global Ikhwan which was behind the controversial Polygamy Club which encourage Polygamy among Muslims several years ago.

The club claims that they can cure social illness such as Prostitution and Divorce by teaching women to be submissive and to keep their men happy in the bedroom. Because good sex is the foundation for healthy marriages and a strong society.


According to the leader of the Jakarta club i.e. Gina Puspita who shares her husband with three other women, a wife must be 100 percent obedient to her husband in all aspects, especially in Sexual Treatment. For which purpose the club would offer its members a package of teachings including how to treat their husbands in bed.

In my opinion, this club is making efforts to promote Polygamy.in Indonesia.

The Virginity Survey

According to recent survey by the National Family Planning Coordination Agency (BKKBN), 51% of school girls in Jakarta and surrounding towns of Bogor, Tangerang and Depok, have experienced premarital sex, there fore not Virgin..

According to TvOne, the survey shows similar results in other cities i.e. Surabaya 54%, Medan 52%, Bandung 47% and Yogjakarta 37%.
 
The survey also show an estimate of 2,4 million persons conducted abortions every year, 800 thousands of them are teenagers. 

Further, until June 2010 there were 21,770 cases of AIDS, and 47,157 HIV Positive, 48.1% among people between 20-29 years old, and 30.9% between 30-39 years old.

Furthermore, the survey also shows that 78% of the 3,2 million Drug Addicts are teenagers.

Considering the above, I hope that school students would be provided with information about Sex and its consequences.

Legalization of Alterina's Sex Status

Last Tuesday, the District Court of South Jakarta has cleared Alterina Hofan (33) of Criminal charges i.e. Identity Fraud and Falsifying Documents, therefore legalized his status as a man.

The Court decides that although Alterina has falsified his documents as charged by the Prosecutor, however considering that this was done merely for his interest and did not inflict loss on other people,  therefore the Court has not regard it as a Crime.                        

The case began on 1 October 2009 when Bernard Hadipuspito dan Grace Maria reported Alterina to the Jakarta Police for marrying their daughter Jane (23) in Las Vegas, U.S.A, on September 2009. Bernard, CEO of Binus University Jakarta, claimed that Alterina is a female therefore cannot marry their daughter. He alleged that Alterina has falsified his identity. As a result of this report Alterina was detained by the Police from 30 April until 31 May 2010.

The Court trials revealed that according to his birth certificate, Alterina was born as a baby girl in Jayapura, Papua on 1 November 1977. At the age of 7, male genitalia began to develop, followed by breasts.later on.
In 2006, Alterina went to a hospital in Canada to remove of the breasts.
And in 2009, the Public Registrar office in Jayapura legalized Alterina's status as a male. 

The Court made it's decision after its all-male-judges closely observed that Alterina has a small penis, but no vagina. 

In reaction to the above Court Verdict, the Prosecutor has stated its plan to file an appeal against it.

The French Sex Song

In the '70s, there was a popular French song titled "Je t'aime ... mois non plus" ("I love you ... me neither") written and performed by French Artist Serge Gainsbourg and British Actress Jane Birkin.

The song's lyrics was full of love making words and sounds, therefore suitable to be used as background for watching 8-mm blue movies which were soundless at that time. I believe that it is the sexiest song ever written, maybe that's why it can be downloaded easily from youtube.

The Sexiest Love Song Ever written   

There is a feature on Serge Gainsbourg today in Seven, the Sunday Telegraph's art's magazine. A musician, painter, photographer, writer and all round bad boy, he is still an iconic figure in France, his homeland, almost twenty years after his death. A former French president even described him as a descendent of the poets Apollinaire and Baudelaire. After all these years tributes in packets of Gitanes cigarettes and and bottles of Pastis, his favourite vices...sorry, high among his favourite vices, are still left on his grave.

In England he is known, if he is known at all, for one thing and one thing only, a song called Je t'aime, moi non plus (I love you...me neither). The unusual title comes from a quip by Salvador Dali about Picasso: "Picasso is Spanish, so am I. Picasso is a genius, so am I. Picasso is communist, neither am I".

A duet, it was originally written for Bridget Bardot, his then girlfriend, but she asked him not to release their version because she was married, and not to him! He agreed but that same year, 1969, he met and fell in love with Jane Birkin, a young English actress some twenty years his junior. Their duet went on to become a sensation when it was released as a single.

The song is structured as a dialogue between two lovers during sex. Even in these more sexually liberated times it still has a slightly sensational quality. Then it was predictably condemned by the Vatican and banned by the BBC, old Auntie, still the arbiter of British sexual morals. The relationship between Gainsbourg, not just middle aged but fairly ugly, and the young and beautiful Birkin was also an occasion for comment, with The Times saying "To see them together is to believe again in every fairy story ever written".

The two went on to have a daughter together, Charlotte. This week Birkin will open a Parisian park in memory of her former lover, with a Boulevard Gainsbourg following later this year. An exhibition of photographs featuring Gainsbourg is presently on show in Antwerp and there are plans to bring it to London next year.

I think the story of Gainsbourg and Birkin is like that of Abelard and Heloise, one of the great tributes to love, dryly Platonic in the first case, magnificently sensual in the second. I have not the least doubt that Je t'aime, moi non plus is one of the sexiest, most moving tributes to physical love ever written. It makes me tingle, it truly does.

A Teenager Marrying a Cow

Ngurah Alit, an 18 years old teenager in the Island of Bali, was forced to marry a Cow, after he was caught having sex with the animal.

Teenager Passes Out Marrying Cow He Had Sex With

A Balinese teenager caught in the act of intercourse with a cow passed out on Friday when he was forced to marry the animal in a ceremony witnessed by hundreds of curious onlookers.

As the Jakarta Globe reported earlier in the day, Ngurah Alit, 18, an unemployed youth from the seaside village of Yeh Embang in Jembrana, was caught stark naked positioned behind the cow in a rice paddy field.

In his defence, Alit admitted to the act of bestiality but claimed the cow, which he believed was a young and beautiful woman, had wooed him with flattering compliments.

As part of a Pecaruan ritual, a ceremony to cleanse the village of the unholy act of a man mating with a cow, Alit was forced to “marry” the animal.

Alit, however, according to Detik.com, passed out surrounded by locals and police, who were attempting to prevent a number of journalists from covering the spectacle.

It is unclear whether or not he got to say “I do.”

Alit’s collapse prompted his mother to begin screaming hysterically, while other family members shouted at photographers not to take pictures.

“Poor kid. He’s actually a quiet kid,” said one villager.

As part of the ceremony, Alit’s victim and new bride was drowned in ocean.

Alit, on the other hand, was symbolically drowned and bathed on the beach.

“Only his clothes were thrown into the sea,” the villager said.

Village chief Ida Bagus Legawa declared that the village had been “cleansed” from the “defilement from the incident.”

Police Actions in Surabaya

Yesterday I read two articles in The Jakarta Globe about Police actions in the city of Surabaya, East Java.

The first one was about the Police raiding a shop that sells Sex Pills and Toys without any license from the Department of Health. A Police officer predicted that the customers of Pills are probably young men who consumed them so that they can satisfy women who pay for their services. While customers of the Toys are women who are not satisfied with their husbands, or widows or divorcee.

The second one was about a Police finding an American man during a regular patrol at a whore house. When questioned, the man said that he is member of the United States Marine Corps on a mission to prepare the visit of US President Obama to Jakarta and Bali. The man was only able to show his passport but no Marine ID. The Police released the man after he said that he prefer to be shot rather than be arrested.

I wish that the Police have handled the American man as firmed as when they handled the sex shop, in the sense that if they really have reason to suspect the American of doing something wrong, they should have taken him to the Police station for investigation, and later on clarify with the U.S Consulate in Surabaya.

Anand Khrisna & Sexual Harrashment

Last Friday, two students of  Spiritual Guru Anand Khrisna, reported Anand to the National Commission for Protection of Females, for Sexual Harassment.

The students, Tara and Sumidah, said that Anand harassed them after he "brainwashed" them.
And they plan to report Anand to the Police soon.

In reaction to the above allegation, Anand told reporters earlier today that it is not true, because he never give treatment or meditate with one or two students but always with a group of students.
However, Anand said that he is ready to face legal action that will be taken by both females against him.

This case really surprised me, because the media have always been reporting Anand Khrisna as a famous Spiritual Guru who always talked and write about Inter-religious Harmony, Peace and Culture.
Therefore I hope that this case would be clarified very soon so that people would not be confused anymore.

How to Boost Men's Sexual Ability

Most men would do their very best to boost their sexual ability to satisfy women, among others by increasing the size of their Penis.

In Indonesia, or should I say in Jakarta and vicinity, there is a woman called Ma Erot who live in Sukabumi area, West Java, who is very popular for her ability to increase the size of men's Penis.

1. Injecting the penis with liquid silicon or colagent
2. Pumping the penis with a tube-pump
3. Soaking the penis in tea, then massaging it
4. Soaking the penis in a masseur's special 'elixir'
5. Going to masseuse/shamans like Mak Erot for a massage
6. Using a magic stick from Kalimantan (usually dubbed Ali stick, which is actually the eurycoma 
    longifolia root)
7. Consuming medicines to enlarge the penis


Never assume that rustic hill-billies will be the only ones who do those things as well-off and educated men are also tempted to try them.


"None of those methods are right. Some men who came too late after using those methods or tools had had to be amputated because their penes had become rock-hard."


Well, ladies, please remind your partners to be confident. Size isn't the only factor in heating up your relationship. There are other ways to Rome. (C2-10/C17-09)

Taxable Sex

Tax Court Writes Off Lawyer's Deduction for Prostitutes

A veteran New York tax lawyer has lost his legal battle to claim tax deductions for more than $100,000 he spent on prostitutes and pornography. But, hey, you can't blame a guy for trying.

William G. Halby, a tax lawyer first admitted to practice in New York in 1956, claimed the deductions as medical expenses. His visits to prostitutes and his purchases of books and magazines constituted sex therapy, he contended. Over two years, he claimed deductions for $108,086 spent on prostitutes and $7,373 on books, magazines, videos and pornographic materials.

But in a decision issued this week, the U.S. Tax Court ruled that Halby's sex therapy was not an allowable deduction.

Petitioner’s payments to various prostitutes were personal expenses not prescribed by a doctor and not intended to treat a medical condition. Petitioner is not entitled to deductions for these amounts.

Petitioner is likewise not entitled to deductions for amounts paid for books and magazines on sex therapy and pornography. The purchases were not for the treatment of a medical condition but were instead personal items.

At least it can be said that Halby was meticulous in claiming these deductions. The Tax Court said that he kept track of his visits to prostitutes in a journal. "The journal included the date, the name of the 'service provider,' and the amount." He did not, however, ask the "service providers" for receipts.

Not only did Halby lose the deduction and have to make up some $21,000 in tax deficiencies, but he was also ordered to pay a penalty of $4,298 for claiming deductions without any reasonable basis in the tax law. As an attorney who specialized in tax law for more than 40 years, the court said, Halby "should have known that his visits to prostitutes in New York were illegal and that section 213 [of the tax code], the regulations thereunder, and caselaw do not support his claimed deductions."

Halby's Martindale-Hubbell profile shows him as being of counsel to a law firm in Larchmont, N.Y., but the firm's Web site does not list him anywhere. Halby had already lost a state tax case involving these same deductions, with the N.Y. Division of Tax Appeals concluding that "permitting the deductions would be counter to public policy."
